When you place an order with The Quiet Flames, your candles are carefully packed and dispatched by our trusted suppliers. As a curated dropshipping store, orders are fulfilled directly from our supplier partners to ensure the freshest, highest-quality products reach you.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order tracking

Delays and issues

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo if applicable. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
